As a Farm Operations Intern, you will gain meaningful, hands-on exposure to the daily rhythm of a working farm — from crop monitoring, planting, harvesting, farm maintenance, inventory tracking, and worker coordination to operational reporting and process improvement.

This role is perfect for someone who is curious, hands-on, disciplined, observant, and eager to learn how agriculture, teamwork, and operational efficiency come together to produce quality crops. You will work closely with the farm team, support real field activities, and build practical skills that will prepare you for a future career in agriculture, operations, agribusiness, or farm management.

You will be:

• Assisting in monitoring crop health and farm conditions by helping the team identify pests, diseases, growth progress and operational issues early. 
• Record and update farm data accurately including labour usage, crop progress, input usage, harvest records and daily operational reports. 
• Work closely with farm supervisors and field teams to improve daily workflows, maintain farm discipline and support smooth execution of operational plans.
• Contribute fresh ideas to improve productivity and sustainability including better processes, safer work practices and smarter use of farm resources.
• Supporting hands-on farm operations, where necessary including planting, harvesting, crop maintenance, irrigation, fertilisation and general field activities. 

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Plantation Management, Environmental Science, Operations or related fields. 
• Passionate about farming, sustainability, food production, and learning through real-world outdoor experience. 
• Willing to work in a farm environment and participate in physical, hands-on activities. 
• Responsible, observant, proactive, and comfortable working with both people and plants. 
• Basic skills in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or data recording tools will be an added advantage.
