Love food, science, and the idea of building something real? Join The Earnest Co. as a Food Science Intern and get hands-on with product development, formulation, and testing. You'll run experiments, shape new pineapple-based innovations, and learn from a team turning sustainable agriculture into better food. Real projects, real impact.
Job Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology or a related field
- Genuine interest in food R&D, product development and innovation
- Comfortable working in a lab environment with good practical technique
- Strong attention to detail in recording experiments and results
- Able to document findings clearly and organise data
- Curious, proactive and eager to learn beyond the job scope
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Willing to work on-site Kitchen based around Kepong, KL and occasionally visit farm or production sites
- Available for a full internship placement starting September 2026
