Got a knack for storytelling and an eye for good content? Join The Earnest Co. as a Marketing/PR Intern and help tell the story of Malaysian agriculture done right. You'll create social content, write copy, support campaigns and events, and build a portfolio with a purpose-driven brand.
Job Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Mass Comm or a related field
- Strong writing and communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus)
- Creative, curious and full of ideas you're not shy to pitch
- Proficient in Canva and comfortable with basic photo/video editing
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and current content trends
- Able to support event planning and community engagement activities
- Organised enough to keep to a content calendar and deadlines
- Portfolio, personal projects or past content work is an advantage
- Willing to occasionally travel to farm sites for content shoots
- Available for a full internship placement starting September 2026
