Job Description

• Cook, test and refine new products in our development kitchen — you bring the hands, we set the direction
• Standardise each dish: grammage, yield, costing and the SOPs that make it repeatable
• Roll out new products across all seven outlets — write the guides, film the SOP videos, train the crews
• Run quality checks (QCQA) on our food and catch anything off standard
• Own our recipe and inventory systems — the machinery behind 50+ brands

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduate in Culinary Arts, Food Science or Food Technology — you must be able to cook (required)
• A real eye for detail and consistency
• Comfortable with numbers and documentation — spreadsheets, grammage records, SOPs (required)
• Good command of English
• Driven to master the business of food, not just the cooking
• Own transport — you'll visit outlets sometimes (required)
• Motivated by precision and getting things exactly right
