• Learn to run seven 24-hour kitchens from the floor up — quality, speed, cleanliness, everything
• Audit outlets, hunt down the real cause of a problem, and fix it for good
• Master the numbers behind an operation: labour cost, stock, inventory, schedules
• Coach and lead outlet teams — you'll be running them before you know it
• Grow on a real track: Management Trainee → Area Manager → General Manager

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduate with a Diploma or Degree in any field — Business or F&B Management
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
• Detail-oriented, reliable and punctual — you'll run routine checks that can't be missed
• Good command of English; confident working with and coaching people
• Own transport and a valid driving licence — you'll visit outlets 5 days a week
• Available for a 6-day work week, with Sundays work-from-home for the weekly stock cycle
• Hungry to learn and grow — no experience needed, we'll train you from scratch
