About us

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in the development and management of in-house brands across multiple categories, including Wellness Supplements, Pet Care & Food, Footwear, Personal Care, Fragrance, and Confectionery. Our primary sales channels are e-commerce platforms, with TikTok Shop emerging as our most dynamic growth platform.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Production (Performance Ads)

• Produce 10–15 short-form videos daily (≤60 seconds) for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Develop engaging hooks and content flow to drive conversions
• Apply strong understanding of performance marketing and ad creatives
• Utilize tools such as CapCut / 剪映 (including word art, sound effects, transitions) to create scroll-stopping content

1. Poster / Graphic Design

• Design posters to support ongoing marketing campaigns and promotions
• Ensure all visuals align with brand identity and marketing objectives

1. Social Media Content Awareness

• Stay updated with content trends and formats across XHS (小红书), Facebook, and Instagram
• Adapt content styles based on platform requirements and audience behaviour

1. Xiaohongshu (XHS) Content Creation

• Produce 2 Xiaohongshu videos daily (≤30 seconds)
• Handle both video editing and Chinese copywriting
• Ensure compliance with XHS guidelines and sensitive word restrictions (违禁词)

• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and verbal)
• Proficient in CapCut or similar video editing tools
• Strong understanding pf performance-based content (conversion focused, not just aesthetic)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily content targets
• Creative, detail-oriented, and highly disciplined
