<li>Educate the homeowners on the importance of doing up their unit and to optimize their returns</li>
<li>Provide strategic and design solutions to increase the rentability of the property</li>
<li>Perform area analysis on surrounding areas of the property</li>
<li>Prepare cost estimates and quotations for the homeowners</li>
</ol>
