As the Sales Executive at The Makeover Guys, you will focus on educating our customers on the importance of making up their unit to increase the rentability of their unit. Our mission is enabling people to enjoy better homes. You do not need to have a background in interior design to apply for this role!
What You’ll Do:
- Educate the homeowners on the importance of doing up their unit and to optimize their returns
- Provide strategic and design solutions to increase the rentability of the property
- Perform area analysis on surrounding areas of the property
- Prepare cost estimates and quotations for the homeowners
Job Requirements
- 0 - 4 years of working experience
- Interest in interior design and property investment
- Great time management skills, result-driven, and high level of accountability
