Job Description

You will be our go-to expert for video editing, production, and creative execution, turning our content ideas into captivating realities!

• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok) including social media, websites, and promotional materials. 
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and create engaging storyboards for video concepts.
• Lead on-site photography and video production, including TikTok videos, product videography, and other social media content.
• Communicate effectively with teammates, designers, and clients, providing updates on the progress of creative projects.
• Demonstrate expertise in short-form video production, specifically for 10-30 second videos.
•  Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos by applying advanced editing techniques, including color correction, sound design, and motion graphics. 
• Plan video shoots by scouting, selecting, and reserving appropriate locations.
• Exhibit a strong passion for self-improvement and personal growth.

Job Requirements

• Graduated with a Diploma/Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media/Film, or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar), with the ability to work efficiently and export in various formats.
• Ability to develop production schedules and coordinate on-site creative teams effectively.
• Skilled in writing and visualizing storyboards in collaboration with marketing and creative teams.
• Experience leading photography and videography for platforms like TikTok and social media.
• Creativity, adaptability, and a keen eye for detail in producing engaging content.
