Job Description
- Run the coffee bar day to day — prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, teas and beverages to a consistent standard for members and event guests
- Own bar operations: stock ordering, supplier liaison, wastage control, equipment cleaning and maintenance, and daily opening and closing
- Develop and refine the drinks menu and pricing, and drive bar sales through event tabs, member offers and seasonal items
- Host and look after guests, members and visitors throughout the day, keeping the space warm, tidy and welcoming
- Support event days alongside the wider team — beverage service, setup and teardown, and briefing casual crew when needed
Job Requirements
- 2+ years as a barista, with at least some experience running a bar or outlet independently
- Consistent espresso extraction, milk texturing and latte art
- Comfortable with stock counts, ordering and basic cost control
- Able to work independently and follow established processes
- Available for shift work including some evenings and weekends
