Job Description

Focusing of Business Development of Cumulus Software

Responsibilities

  • Own aggressive qualified lead generation and customer contact targets
  • Conduct initial customer engagement activities including online product demonstrations
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products
  • Perform on-site product demonstrations and engage with site engineers on technical discussions
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences
  • Maintaining and increasing sales of assigned products
  • Achieve the sales targets and goals set forth for the region
  • Establish, maintain and expand customer base 
  • Service and meet the needs of existing customers
  • Increase business opportunities through various routes to market 
  • Develop sales strategies and formulate targets for growth 
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
  • Collect customer feedback and conduct market research 
  • Stay up to date with products, markets and competitor’s information
  • Strive towards continuous professional growth, 


Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Understanding of the oil & gas, power or industrial industries (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining personal accountability
  • Extremely well organized, highly motivated and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
  • Quick learner and a deep curiosity of technology/innovation
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and make persuasive arguments
  • Comfort working in an industrial environment and willingness to visit customer facilities to support sales activities
  • University degree preferably in a relevant field (e.g. engineering or business)
