Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team at TQS KONSULT PLT. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive quantity surveying services to our diverse range of construction projects.
Job Requirements
- Assisting with the preparation of bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documents
- Conducting site measurements and quantity take-offs
- Reviewing and analyzing contract variations and claims
- Compile and present data for internal and client meetings. Liaise with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure cost-related matters are well-coordinated
- Maintaining accurate project records and documentation
- Providing technical support and advice to the project team
- Cost Reporting skills and Cost Planning skills
- BOQ preparation and Cost Planning skills
- Knowledge of Quantity Surveying principles
