Job Description

In the role of Project Manager, you will oversee teams to successfully execute complex software development projects for our prominent clients. You will lead our team through every stage of the development process, ensuring that we create high-quality solutions and features that fulfill client requirements and provide significant value.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and articulate project scope, objectives, and anticipated outcomes, ensuring both practicality and technical feasibility.
• Generate comprehensive project documentation, such as user journey diagrams, Gantt charts, and schedules for milestone tracking.
• Provide direction and support to technical teams to guarantee that deliverables and timelines are met consistently.
• Compose clear functional requirement specifications and user stories at the project's initiation stage.
• Assess and verify project outputs for accuracy, quality, and completeness with minimal oversight.
• Manage stakeholder communication and expectations across various levels of the organization.
• Inspire and assist team members while effectively addressing and resolving any conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Choose and apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) based on project requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments for assigned projects and develop mitigation strategies, contingency plans, and corrective measures as needed.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management or project leadership capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field.
• Strong command of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
• Prior experience leading projects with technical teams especially in software development is advantageous.
• Highly independent with strong time management, organizational skills, and keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
• Confident, persuasive, approachable, and professional when engaging with clients.
• Possession of PMP or Scrum Master certification is an added advantage.
