•  Client Payment Verification:
• Verify and confirm client payments for digital marketing services. 
• Communicate with relevant departments to address any payment discrepancies or issues.
• Project Assignment:
• Collaborate with project managers and the fulfillment team to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Assign digital marketing projects to the appropriate team members based on their skills, availability, and workload.
• Ensure that project assignments are aligned with internal SOP and contractual agreements.
• Project Tracking:
• Maintain a clear and up-to-date record of project assignments, statuses, and deadlines.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential bottlenecks or delays.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders as needed.
• Communication and Coordination:
• Serve as a liaison between the sales team and the fulfillment team.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members to ensure project success.
• Address inquiries or concerns related to project assignments and payment verification.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure that project assignments align with the agency's quality standards and best practices.
• Conduct periodic quality checks to verify that project deliverables meet client expectations.
• Cloud Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of client payments, project assignments, and relevant communications in the system.
• Generate reports or summaries as required for management or clients.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role within the digital marketing industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
