Job Description

  • Culture Cultivation: Develop and foster a modern and engaging work culture that aligns with the preferences and attitudes of the younger generation workforce. Infuse energy, creativity, and a sense of purpose into our work environment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Strong understanding of the preferences, attitudes, and motivations of the younger generation.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to design non-traditional HR solutions and initiatives.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and HR technology.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with and influence younger employees.

  • Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture-building.
