Job Description

 

1. Customer Service Excellence

  • Serve customers with warm, personalized HMNS style service.
  • Provide product recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Ensure customer experience is memorable, friendly, and aligned with HMNS values. 

2. Cashier & Payment Handling

  • Operate the cashier system accurately and responsibly.
  • Handle cashless payment & transactions. 
  • Ensure daily cashier reconciliation (closing & reporting) is accurate and complete.
  • Secure all payment processes according to HMNS SOP.

3. Stock Opname & Inventory Control

  • Assist in daily and weekly stock opname activities.
  • Ensure accuracy between system stock and physical stock.
  • Report any discrepancy immediately to the Store Supervisor.
  • Help maintain clean and organized stock storage in the booth.

4. Store Operations & SOP Compliance

  • Implement all HMNS Offline Store SOPs (opening, closing, display, hygiene).
  • Maintain booth cleanliness, fragrance tester readiness, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Follow standard grooming & behavior guidelines at all times.

5. Loading In & Loading Out Goods

  • Assist in receiving goods, checking quantity, and updating stock records.
  • Perform loading in/out with care and accuracy according to HMNS SOP.
  • Coordinate with the Store Supervisor for stock movement documentation.

6. Team Support & Overtime Availability

  • Support store operations during peak hours, events, or special promotions.
  • Willing to work overtime if needed, following Malaysian labor regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to achieve daily sales goals.

Job Requirements

 

  • Minimum 21 years old.
  • At least 1 year experience in retail, beauty, and lifestyle. 
  • Able to operate basic cashier/POS systems.
  • Able to operate Microsoft Excel (basic reporting & stock recap).
  • Customer-oriented, friendly personality, and good communication skills.
  • Willing to work mall schedule (weekends & public holidays).
  • Passion for fragrance, beauty, or lifestyle products is a plus.
