Job Requirements

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide product information and recommendations
• Process sales transactions using POS systems
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately
• Replenish stock and ensure merchandise is well displayed
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store
• Assist with stock taking and inventory management online and in-store
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints professionally
• Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns
