Job Description

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Developer to design, build, and deploy machine learning models that enhance our HR technology recruitment platform and talent job application mobile app. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to develop intelligent automation tools, predictive analytics, and AI-driven decision-making systems. This role will report to the Assistant Manager, Digital Transformation & Change Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, develop and deploy machine learning models for talent acquisition, workforce analytics, and employee retention optimisation.
  • Build algorithms for resume parsing, candidate matching, and chatbot automation by leveraging existing LLM models or AI solution providers.
  • Design and implement predictive algorithms to enhance hiring decisions and workforce forecasting.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI/ML models into production systems.
  • Retrain and optimise model performance, scalability, and real-time decision-making capabilities.
  • Analyse HR data to uncover insights and drive AI-powered product innovations.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, ML, and HR tech to continuously improve our platform.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development, preferably in HR tech or related domains.
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, or similar ML frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of data cleansing processes, machine learning development best practices, deep learning, and recommendation systems.
  • Experience with cloud-based AI services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and API integration for scalable AI solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business challenges into AI solutions.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with ethical AI, bias mitigation, and explainable AI in HR applications.
  • Hands-on experience with real-time AI applications and big data processing.
