About Our Culture

We are Troopers! 

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Developer to design, build, and deploy machine learning models that enhance our HR technology recruitment platform and talent job application mobile app. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to develop intelligent automation tools, predictive analytics, and AI-driven decision-making systems. This role will report to the Assistant Manager, Digital Transformation &amp; Change Management.
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Research, develop and deploy machine learning models for talent acquisition, workforce analytics, and employee retention optimisation.</li>
<li>Build algorithms for resume parsing, candidate matching, and chatbot automation by leveraging existing LLM models or AI solution providers.</li>
<li>Design and implement predictive algorithms to enhance hiring decisions and workforce forecasting.</li>
<li>Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI/ML models into production systems.</li>
<li>Retrain and optimise model performance, scalability, and real-time decision-making capabilities.</li>
<li>Analyse HR data to uncover insights and drive AI-powered product innovations.</li>
<li>Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, ML, and HR tech to continuously improve our platform.</li>
