Job Description

Role Overview :

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Deliver excellent user satisfaction by resolving user complaints and concerns professionally.
  • Respond to users via email, live chat, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), and app reviews.
  • Provide clear and detailed information to users while maintaining follo ups where necessary.
  • Understand Troopers’ products and services thoroughly to provide accurate assistance.
  • Ensure all communications reflect professionalism, empathy, and company values.
  • Maintain department KPIs and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Support ad hoc tasks as required and foster a positive working environment. 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer support or a similar environment.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Melayu, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of consumer protection legislation.
  • Capable of handling conflicts and complaints with fairness, professionalism, and calmness.
