What you will do:
Develop and define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Create project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and risk
assessment.
Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, supply
chain, and finance, to ensure effective collaboration and project execution.
Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality
standards, and budget constraints. Monitor project progress, identify potential
roadblocks, and implement corrective actions.
Allocate resources effectively to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Coordinate with functional managers to secure necessary resources, such as
manpower, equipment, and materials.
Identify potential project risks and develop risk mitigation plans. Monitor and
manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, making necessary adjustments
to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress
reports, meeting minutes, and other project-related documentation.
Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project outcomes, identify
successes, and capture lessons learned.

Previous experience in the related field(s) is preferred, others are encouraged to apply
Must be willing to travel or possess own transport for work-related activities.
Occasionally be on-site during weekends.
Strong time-management with the ability to exercise initiatives, judgment, and prioritize workload in a high-pressure, fast-moving, busy environment with multiple projects running concurrently.
