Job Description

Are you a people-person who loves solving problems, building relationships, and driving success? As a Business Operations Intern, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our key clients get the best experience with the Troopers App while learning the ins and outs of business operations and account management!

💡 What You’ll Do:

Be the go-to person for key clients – Understand their needs & ensure they get top-notch service.
Build & maintain strong relationships – Keep clients engaged, happy, and coming back for more!
Help clients succeed – Guide them on how to optimize their use of the Troopers App.
Conduct regular check-ins – Review client performance, gather feedback & improve their experience.
Collaborate across teams – Work with sales, product, and marketing to enhance client success.
Spot growth opportunities – Identify upselling chances & expand partnerships.
Stay ahead of trends – Keep an eye on industry changes & competitor insights.

Job Requirements

We need a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make an impact! If you’re resourceful, organized, and great with people, this role is for you!

Experience in a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English & Malay (both written & spoken).
Proficient in Microsoft Office – especially Excel & PowerPoint.
Excellent problem-solving & critical thinking abilities – think fast, act smart!
Resourceful & takes initiative – a go-getter who finds solutions, not roadblocks.
Great at multitasking – manage multiple projects seamlessly in a dynamic environment.
