Role Overview : 

As an Intern, Expansion, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for these accounts, understanding their needs, and ensuring their requirements are met. Your focus will be on providing exceptional service, promoting customer loyalty, and identifying opportunities to upsell and expand the relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify regional trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes across SEA markets.
• Support the development of sales decks, proposals, and client presentations for new market entry.
• Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads, partnerships, and enterprise clients in target markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product) to align business development strategies with operational capabilities.
• Track performance metrics, prepare weekly business reports, and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Support planning and execution of regional launch initiatives, networking events, and client engagement activities.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives, such as pricing models, partnerships, and localization strategies.

Job Requirements

• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English & Malay (both written & spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – especially Excel & PowerPoint.
• Excellent problem-solving & critical thinking abilities – think fast, act smart!
• Resourceful & takes initiative – a go-getter who finds solutions, not roadblocks.
• Great at multitasking – manage multiple projects seamlessly in a dynamic environment.
