 Job Brief : Troopers is looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute your ideas! 

• Assist in studying design briefs and understanding project requirements
• Help schedule projects and keep track of deadlines
• Contribute to brainstorming and ideation sessions for visual concepts
• Create initial drafts and mock-ups for design projects
• Support in developing illustrations, logos, and other design assets using design software
• Experiment with colours, layouts, and typography to find the best visual approach
• Collaborate with the creative team to refine designs and ensure they meet project goals
• Assist in preparing graphics for various media formats (social, web, print, etc.)
• Incorporate feedback into designs and help make revisions as needed
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency

Job Requirements

• A strong passion for graphic design and a desire to learn and grow in the field
• Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva or other related tools (portfolio of work is a plus)
• A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and a love for creative expression through design
• Interest in marketing, digital trends, and visual storytelling
• Up-to-date with basic design principles and online marketing trends (willingness to learn more)
• Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field (or recently graduated)
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work on multiple tasks
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to take direction and feedback positively
