About Our Culture

We are Troopers! 

Role Overview : You will be building and testing a cost-effective motion capture device to record manual worker movement, and getting that footage from device to server in a clean, reliable way. You'll be working hands-on from day one.&nbsp;

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Research and recommend the best affordable hardware to capture manual worker movement (budget RM1,000 per device)</li>
<li>Set up and test the chosen capture device in real working conditions</li>
<li>Build a data transfer pipeline — from device to Troopers server via WiFi or SD card</li>
<li>Implement basic data anonymisation on footage before it leaves our hands</li>
<li>Work with the ML Data team member to ensure footage is in a usable format</li>
<li>Document what works and what doesn't — clearly enough that someone else can follow it</li>
<li>Present findings at Month 2 and Month 4 milestone reviews</li>
</ul>
