Job Description

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and operational requests.
  • Execute account management strategies to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue within existing accounts.
  • Participate in business reviews and client meetings to understand evolving needs and expectations.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential clients, partners, and industry trends.
  • Lead outreach efforts to initiate conversations and build relationships with prospects and partners.
  • Develop partnership proposals, pitch materials, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate agreements that align with company objectives and foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Maintain and update account records, tracking interactions, feedback, agreements, and service performance.
  • Prepare reports, business proposals, and presentations for internal and client-facing meetings.
  • Contribute to process improvements across account management and business development workflows.

Job Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and Malay, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
