🚀 Troopers Operational Excellence – 16-Months Leadership Development Program

 The Operational Excellence Management Associate Program is your fast track to leadership! Through five dynamic rotations (2-5 months for each attachment), you'll gain hands-on experience, strategic insights, and mentorship across key operational functions. Get ready to master business strategy, operational excellence, and leadership, setting you up for a high-impact career!

📌 Program Phases

🔹 Onboarding & Business Immersion

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of Troopers’ business model, values, and strategic goals.
  • Introduction to key operational functions and alignment with company objectives.

🔹 Attachment 1: On-Ground Experience (Warehouse, Logistics, F&B, FMCG)

  • Hands-on training in supply chain, inventory management, and customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency optimization.

🔹 Attachment 2: Profile Screening & Recruitment via the TROOPERS app 

  • Develop and manage relationships with key clients on the Troopers App.
  • Analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions for business growth.

🔹 Attachment 3: Project & Event Management 

  • Lead end-to-end project management from planning to execution.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet client objectives.

🔹 Attachment 4: Client & Key Account Management

  • Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Negotiate deals, form strategic partnerships, and drive sustainable business growth.

🔹 Attachment 5: Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis for potential expansions.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new business initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Requirements: SPM and above
  • Experience: A maximum of 4 years of experience in any industry
  • Industries of Focus: F&B, Retail, Hospitality, FMCG, Event Management, E-commerce, Tech Operations, and other areas within the scope of TROOPERS' industry coverage.
