Job Description

Role Overview :

This is a 6-month contract role that leads the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.The manager is responsible for coordinating with multiple internal teams, including IT, merchandising, and visual merchandising, to ensure seamless execution across digital and physical platforms. A successful candidate will drive brand awareness and customer engagement through a mix of digital, social media, and other marketing initiatives, while effectively managing projects from concept to completion. 

Key Responsibilities :

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns, setting goals and analyzing results against key performance indicators (KPIs). 
  • Cross-Functional Colaboration: Coordinate with internal stakeholders across divisions including merchandising, IT, visual merchandising (VM), and Operations (Ops) to align campaign/marketing objectives and ensure seamless execution.
  • Digital & Social Media Management: Manage and create content for social media platforms, execute online advertising, and integrate online activities with offline marketing efforts.
  • Brand Awareness & Engagement: Implement strategies that increase customer engagement and promote brand awareness.  
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple design projects, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring timelines are met and quality standards are upheld. 

Job Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Campaign Manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successful campaigns.
  • Experience in digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and experience with Cutomer Relationship Manager (CRM) or marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • A creative and strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptability to changing circumstances and goals.
