Role Overview :

As the Mobile/Web QA Specialist at TROOPERS, you will be responsible for ensuring flawless user experiences across our mobile and web platforms. You’ll design, execute, and maintain test cases, ensuring all features meet requirements before launch. Beyond manual testing, you’ll leverage automation tools to streamline regression and performance testing, acting as the key guardian of product quality.

This role bridges engineering execution and product validation, helping the company avoid costly gaps by catching issues early in the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate new business opportunities by identifying, prospecting, and qualifying potential clients.
• Engage and build relationships with decision-makers to understand hiring and workforce needs.
• Pitch and position Troopers’ solutions as value-driven services tailored to client requirements.
• Negotiate commercial terms and service agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Close deals and secure contracts, driving revenue growth and achieving assigned targets.
• Liaise with internal teams (operations, recruitment, finance, account management) to ensure smooth project delivery post-sale.
• Manage client expectations by providing clear communication and ensuring commitments are met.
• Track, report, and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely updates to management.
• Be accountable for revenue performance, client acquisition, and overall business growth within assigned markets or sectors.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (B2B experience preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage decision-makers.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Target-driven, proactive, and able to work under pressure to achieve results.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a client-centric mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., operations, finance, recruitment).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is an advantage.
• For Senior Executive: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, with a track record of managing larger clients or more complex negotiations.
