Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates based on client needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding hiring requirements and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Ensure high-quality candidate placement and proactively address hiring challenges to improve recruitment success.
  • Provide market insights, hiring trends, and workforce planning strategies to support client decision-making.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients and candidates to enhance placement success and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, and Marketing) to streamline recruitment processes and improve service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding recruitment services within existing accounts, such as volume hiring or specialized talent acquisition.

Job Requirements

Qualifications :

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Malay. Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • High level of initiative, resourcefulness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
