Job Description

Role Overview

As a Product Manager/Designer (for Adminstrative tools like Troopers' Internal Work Management System, Merchandising Management System or any other internal business tool), you will be responsible for leading the development and continuous improvement of our internal Work Management System platforms—a critical platform that powers the operational backbone of job creation, campaign execution, and workforce tracking. This role focuses on aligning internal business processes with scalable, intuitive, and efficient digital tools that improve day-to-day productivity across our regional operations teams. You will be responsible for the business product portfolio including Troopers’ internal recruitment system, merchandising administrative platform and official website. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Design: Empathise, strategise and understand functionable UIUX for recruitment and administrative excellence. Able to structure complex organisational workflows into intuitive designs. Clear understanding of product market fit. 
  • Product Ownership: Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap for WMS features such as job publishing, campaign tracking, task assignment, and workforce monitoring tools.
  • Operational Partnership: Act as the bridge between product development and business operations by prioritising, gathering feedback, translating pain points into feature specs, and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Execution & UAT: Drive feature implementation end-to-end—owning requirements, designing low and high fidelity prototypes, managing technical handovers, coordinating User Acceptance Testing, and validating success metrics.
  • Workflow Optimisation: Continuously assess internal user behaviour, gather post-launch feedback, and propose enhancements to streamline operations, reduce manual tasks, and improve data accuracy.

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in product management, preferably with B2B SaaS platforms, CMS, ERP, or internal tooling products.
  • Experience in UIUX design on Figma
  • Proven ability to translate complex operational requirements into intuitive digital products.
  • Experience in designing low and high fidelity wireframes
  • Experience leading user acceptance testing and collaborating closely with designers, developers, and business teams.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
