Food Safety &amp; Regulatory Compliance (LPM/SLPM)
<ul>
<li>MOH Lead: Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Ministry of Health (MOH) requirements; manage the SLPM license, FoSIM records, and ensure 100% KKM compliance.</li>
<li>Technical Advisory: Provide technical guidance on hygiene standards (MeSTI, GMP, Halal) and PBT inspection readiness to ensure our gig workforce meets industry-grade safety levels.</li>
<li>Audit Management: Perform internal "readiness audits" on high-volume workers to ensure they maintain the technical standards required by fast-food and F&amp;B clients.</li>
</ul>
Operational Technical Onboarding
<ul>
<li>Workforce Readiness: Design and deliver technical onboarding for the Troopers gig workforce, specifically focusing on food handling protocols, cross-contamination prevention, and F&amp;B operational safety.</li>
<li>Quality Metrics: Track technical competency scores and pre-deployment completion to ensure every "Trooper" sent to a food service site is technically proficient.</li>

Behavioral Standards &amp; Hygiene Excellence
<ul>
<li>F&amp;B Professionalism: Facilitate modules on hygiene-specific conduct, professional grooming (F&amp;B standards), and adaptability within fast-paced kitchen/service environments.</li>
<li>Feedback Loop: Translate technical feedback from clients (e.g., hygiene breaches or handling errors) into immediate training interventions.</li>
</ul>
Content Development &amp; Technical Reporting
<ul>
<li>Library Management: Develop and maintain a bilingual (BM/EN) technical training library (LPM manuals, hygiene checklists, and safety SOPs).</li>
<li>Performance Analytics: Report on LPM pass rates, technical assessment scores, and certification lifecycles to leadership.</li>
</ul>
