Job Description

Key Responsibilities : 

 

Food Handler Certification (LPM)

  • Deliver the MOH-prescribed LPM programme; manage SLPM licence, FoSIM records, and KKM compliance
  • Advise clients on PBT inspection readiness and hygiene standards (MeSTI, GMP, Halal)

Workforce Onboarding

  • Own Troopers' onboarding programme — content, delivery, and pre-deployment completion across all gig worker categories
  • Monitor completion rates and readiness; continuously improve the programme

Soft Skills Training

  • Facilitate modules on conduct, communication, grooming, and adaptability for a multilingual gig workforce
  • Convert client feedback on worker behaviour into targeted training interventions

Content & Reporting

  • Maintain a bilingual (BM/EN) training library and track key metrics — LPM pass rates, onboarding completion, and assessment scores — to inform leadership decisions

Job Requirements

Qualifications:  

  • Diploma or Degree in HR Development, Food Science, Nutrition, Environmental Health, Hospitality, or related field
  • Certified Food Handler Trainer recognised by MOH/KKM (MOH Trainer Compulsory Course completed)
  • HRD Corp TTT certification (or must obtain within probation period)
  • 3–4 years of experience in training/facilitation, preferably with frontline or blue-collar audiences
  • Experience in the food industry (QA, Production, or Operations) or as a safety auditor is an advantage
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin or Tamil is a plus
