Job Description

As a Senior Associate, Sales & Partnership, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with other organizations or individuals. Your primary focus will be on identifying potential partners, negotiating agreements, and fostering long-term relationships that align with the company's objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute partnership strategies, monitor performance, and drive successful outcomes. This position requires strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills 


Job Requirements

  •  Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential partners or clients and industry trends.
  • Assist in outreach efforts to initiate conversations and build relationships with potential partners or clients. 
  • Support the development of partnership proposals, presentations, and pitch materials.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, calls, and events with partners.
  • Gather feedback from partners, address inquiries, and proactively manage any concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of partnership activities, contact information, and agreements.
  • Support the coordination and execution of collaborative projects between Troopers and its clients.
  • Assist in project planning, timeline management, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
  • Provide regular project updates to the business development team and relevant stakeholders.
