Job Description

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Act as point of contact between CEO and internal / external stakeholders. 
  • Undertake the task of coordinating the schedules and meetings of the CEO . 
  • Handle requests and queries for the CEO professionally and appropriately. 
  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes / minutes at meetings where necessary.. 
  • Preparing Product reports, presentations, and briefs for the CEO. 
  • Organizing CEO’s travel schedules. 
  • Conducting or preparing any research on special projects that the CEO may require. 
  • Support ad-hoc strategic or operational projects assigned by CEO.
  • Support cross-functional strategic initiatives involving sales, commercial optimisation, and operational excellence.
  • Represent CEO professionally in client meetings, presentations, and business development engagements.
  • Maintain a continuous improvement mindset, consistently seeking enhancements across sales, operations, and client management.
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support COO and his Operations Team which will vary from time to time and on ad-hoc basis.

Job Requirements

 Qualifications: 

  • 1-3 years working experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information and sensitive matters.
  • Strong interest and curiosity in using Ai and other technological tools to complete tasks and achieve objectives.
