Job Description

Role Overview :

We’re looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic Talent Operations Associate to help support the full lifecycle of our gig workforce. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who’s excited to learn how to support talent operations in a fast-paced, flexible work environment. 

Key Responsibilities : 

Support Gig Worker Recruitment

  • Post job listings on platforms and job boards
  • Help screen candidate applications based on checklists or criteria
  • Schedule interviews or onboarding sessions

Assist with Onboarding

  • Send out onboarding emails and track completion
  • Help collect and organize required documents (e.g., IDs, contracts)
  • Share training materials or help answer common new joiner question

Help with Worker Support

  • Monitor new gig worker progress and flag issues to the team
  • Reply to basic gig worker questions or route them to the right person
  • Help update FAQs and support resources

Track Performance Data

  • Enter performance data into spreadsheets or tools
  • Assist in preparing reports or dashboards for team review
  • Help organize recognition for top gig workers (e.g., certificates, emails)

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate diploma in business management, marketing or other related field.
  • 1 year of relevant work experience in business development or similar field is an advantage.
  • Must be able to communicate in English. Having more than 2 languages is an advantage.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills; especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Solid problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Resourceful with a high level of initiative.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills and a quick learner.
  • Ability to multi-task several projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
