Job Description

Video Editing:

• Edit high-quality videos optimized for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS), and YouTube.
• Transform long-form video content into impactful short-form videos, including Reels, Shorts, and social clips, to maximize reach and engagement.
• Organize and manage raw media files, edit footage, perform basic color correction, and create both static and motion graphics using templates.
• Enhance video content with appropriate music, voiceovers, and sound effects during post-production.
• Generate creative ideas and storytelling concepts that align with current social media trends, audience behavior, and brand identity.
• Work closely with the team to ensure all video content follows branding guidelines, including layout, typography, and overall visual consistency.
• Handle multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Videography:

• Assist in planning and coordinating video shoots with the content team and project lead.
• Set up and manage basic camera framing, lighting, and audio to ensure professional-quality footage.
• Capture and edit video content for company events, campaigns, and internal projects when required.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Media Production, Photography, Film Production or related field.
• Preferably from a production house or media agency background.
• Minimum 2-3 years of video editing experience, with familiarity in camera equipment and operation.
• Creative thinking with keen eye for detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in video editing and scripting software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and CapCut.
