Instructional Designer
Description
We are in need of a creative and innovative Instructional Designer to join UR3D team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Self Instructional Materials that enhance the learning experience of our Online and Distance Learning students . We welcome fresh graduates with a strong background in multimedia and graphic design to apply.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with course leaders to design and develop SIMs.
- Create visually appealing and pedagogically sound multimedia elements including graphics, videos, animations, and interactive components.
- Develop online and hybrid course materials that meet the needs of diverse learning styles.
- Utilize LMS to deliver course content.
- Provide training and support to faculty on the use of instructional technologies and best practices in online teaching.
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in instructional design, multimedia, and graphic design.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia Design, Graphic design, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong proficiency in multimedia and graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects), and animation software.
- Familiarity with Canvas LMS
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with faculty, staff, and students.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for education and a commitment to enhancing the learning experience.
