We are seeking TWO aspiring new associates to join our Management Trainee Program. In this program, you will receive personalised training and mentoring from our CEO, Ian Wong. We aim to build you into becoming a reputable, recognised, and trusted financial professional in the Malaysian financial planning industry.

Program Features:

• Receive hands-on training, especially during the first three months.
• Gain skills in communicating with clients and leading client meetings.
• Develop expertise in evaluating personal finance, analysing data, identifying problems, and developing solutions.
• Learn to create strategies to enhance clients' financial standing.
• Build proficiency in presenting solutions effectively and persuasively.
• Cultivate a managerial mindset and acquire the necessary skills for career advancement.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

1. Reach out to clients and potential clients for financial planning and advisory.
2. Conduct financial planning and advisory meetings.
3. Represent client interests in evaluating financial products and decisions, to help them progress towards their financial goals.
4. Keep up to date with skills and knowledge required to conduct professional financial planning.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
