Job Description

1. Customer Service

• Greet and welcome customers warmly
   
• Take customer orders accurately (POS system usage)
   
• Answer customer queries about menu items and promotions
   
• Provide recommendations based on menu knowledge
   
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle minor complaints under guidance
   

2. Order & Beverage/Dish Handling

• Serve food and beverages promptly and safely
   
• Assist in order assembly for dine-in, takeaway, or delivery
   
• Ensure presentation standards are met (plating, packaging)
   
• Collect feedback from customers politely
   

3. Cash Handling & POS Operations

• Operate POS or cash register for transactions
   
• Handle cash, card, or e-wallet payments accurately
   
• Issue receipts and maintain proper transaction records
   

4. Hygiene & Safety Compliance

• Maintain personal hygiene and grooming standards
   
• Clean dining area, counters, and customer touchpoints
   
• Follow food safety and handling procedures (e.g., handwashing, gloves)
   
• Comply with workplace safety protocols
   

5. Store Operations Support

• Restock condiments, napkins, cups, and other essentials
   
• Assist in inventory checks and notifying supervisors of low stock
   
• Support opening and closing duties (cleaning, setup, shutdown)
   
• Help during peak hours to ensure smooth workflow
   

6. Learning & Development Objectives

• Learn standard operating procedures for customer service
   
• Understand teamwork, communication, and multitasking in F&B
   
• Gain exposure to menu knowledge, upselling, and service etiquette
