Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing marketing strategies across various online platforms to support business growth
• Identify and reach out to potential clients proactively, and build strong client relationships
• Arrange appointments to present and negotiate with prospects
• Ensure consistent and timely follow-ups with interested clients
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Handle general admin duties including data entry and document organization
• Monitor and maintain a proper filing system for all admin and confidential matters

工作内容

• 协助在各大线上平台执行营销策略，推动品牌曝光与业务增长
• 主动寻找并联系潜在客户，并建立良好的客户关系 
• 安排会面，与客户进行提案和商谈
• 对潜在客户进行定期且有成效的跟进
• 与团队紧密合作，确保日常营运顺畅
• 处理一般行政事务，如资料录入、文件整理等
• 维护良好的文件归档与保密系统，确保资料有序管理

• Proactive, responsible, with a positive attitude and strong result-oriented mindset
• Cheerful and outgoing personality; enjoys talking and connecting with people
• Good command of Mandarin, English, and Malay
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle pressure well
• Minimum internship period of 3 months; candidates available for 6 months are preferred
