VoxEureka is an award-winning digital communications consultancy, with Vertixal—its sister agency—operating as a full-service, data-driven digital media agency based in Subang Jaya, Malaysia. Our mission is to redefine reputational storytelling, helping organisations and brands shape, discover, and amplify their brand voice through inspiring, integrated ideas.

#MyVoxFam is comprised of over 70 media, digital, content, creative professionals. We work with some of the world’s most pronounced brands – BMW, TikTok, CelcomDigi, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® Malaysia, Unilever, Sunway, Michelin, OPPO, Luno and many others.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

•  Assist assigned teams in creating content for social media platforms.
•  Research on clients’ new products and content trends.
•  Collaborate with design or PR teams to align messaging and visuals.
•  Proposing creative concepts for social media content calendars.
•  Coordinate with graphic designers for visuals needed for digital posts.
•  Assisting in research and outreach for influencers. 
•  Assisting in creative design of content, where required. 

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 6pm

Job Requirements

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

•  Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
•  Strong Writing Skills: Able to draft clear, concise, and compelling press releases, media invitations, and social media content. Prior experience or coursework in writing for PR or marketing is a plus.
• Creativity & Social Media Savvy: Knowledge of current trends on social media platforms and an eye for creative, engaging content. Experience with social media content creation is preferred.
• Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively.
• Research Ability: Comfortable with researching client products, industry trends, and influencers, and can contribute to brainstorming sessions with fresh ideas and insights.
• Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with various teams, support media relations efforts, and assist in organizing events. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are key.
