Job Description

We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing efforts. You will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating qualified leads through digital channels. 

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Instagram, TikTok & XHS).
• Plan and optimize SEO/SEM strategies to improve website rankings and visibility.
• Celebrity & KOL Collaboration – Research and engage with rising celebrities and influencers for brand partnerships.
• Brand Collaboration – Identify and initiate strategic collaborations with complementary brands.
• Social Media Management – Plan, schedule, and execute social media content and campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence with engaging, on-brand content.
• Coordinate with content creators, graphic designers, and external agencies when necessary.
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.
• Assist in digital lead generation strategies and nurturing pipelines for sales teams.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
   

Job Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in marketing

-Able to write & read in Mandarin would be advantage (For XHS platform)

- ⁠Strong understanding of market trends & consumer behavior.

- ⁠Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- ⁠Ability to work independently and think creatively to drive impactful marketing campaigns.

- Bonus points if you're familiar with video shooting and editing.
