<li>Monitor work progress and quality control of sub-contractor job performed are conformed to in accordance to the procedures outlined.</li>
<li>Ensure onsite inspections are performed and issues raised are resolved timely.</li>
<li>Ensure safety and health regulations are complied within the legislative requirements.</li>
<li>Establish engineering principles to determine the steps or processes required and product assembly that meets organization’s quality standards and cost requirements.</li>
<li>Involve and develop innovative solutions with fresh approaches to engineering problem.</li>
<li>Analyse product specifications, parts drawings and other engineering data to determine time requirements for each operational process.</li>
<li>Analyses existing process and develop recommendations or changes on work methodology or processes to minimize risks and cost effective.</li>
<li>To plan, manage and control the project team in achieving the prescribe project completion date.</li>
<li>Other assignments delegated over the course of time.</li>
