About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly and passionate Retail Sales Associate to represent our brand at Central Market. You’ll be the face of our company—helping customers find the perfect socks, maintaining an inviting booth, and ensuring a smooth daily operation that reflects our quality and style.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with product recommendations, styling, and sizing.
- Sales Performance: Drive daily and weekly sales targets with enthusiasm.
- Product Knowledge: Understand all product features (comfort, material, benefits) to communicate effectively.
- Inventory Handling: Manage restocks, display setup, and daily stock count.
- Visual Merchandising: Keep the booth clean, organized, and attractive at all times.
- Cash Handling: Manage transactions accurately through POS or QR payment systems.
- Brand Representation: Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
- Reporting: Provide end-of-day sales and stock reports to the Retail Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field.
- Prior retail or event sales experience is an advantage (fashion, lifestyle, or accessories preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Energetic, positive, and customer-service oriented.
