Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or messaging platforms
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and professional assistance to Chinese-speaking customers
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, or product/service inquiries in a timely manner
  • Translate or communicate information between internal teams and Chinese-speaking clients
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and proper resolution of issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, technical support, etc.) to support customer needs
  • Assist in updating FAQs, customer service scripts, and documentation in Chinese when required
  • Identify and escalate priority issues or risks to management
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) and English
  • Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, helpdesk tools, or customer service platforms is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a multicultural team
  • Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, or public holidays if required
