Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver AI and software projects from start to completion.
• Define project scope, requirements, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Work closely with clients to understand business needs and project requirements.
• Coordinate with developers, AI engineers, UI/UX designers, QA, and other teams.
• Translate business requirements into clear project tasks and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, manage deadlines, and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify project risks and issues and work with the team to resolve them.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and management.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and requirement specifications.
• Ensure the final product meets client requirements and project objectives.
• Support continuous improvement of project management and development processes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in project management for software or IT projects
• Proven track record of delivering multiple projects on time and within budget
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and project management processes.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana is an advantage.
• Business Analyst experience is an added advantage, particularly in gathering requirements, analysing business needs, and preparing functional specifications.
• Strong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams (Frontend, Backend, UI/UX, QA, DevOps)
• Experience working with project management tools (Jira, Notion, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)
• Able to speak and read Mandarin will be added advantage
