Job Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including product owners, developers, and clients, to gather and understand business needs and requirements.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create and maintain user stories, use cases, and other requirement documentation.
• Work with developers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Prioritize and estimate requirements based on business value and feasibility.
• Assist with testing and quality assurance activities.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
• Contribute to the development of internal processes and documentation.

Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in IT / Computer Science / Business Management or an equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrates strong presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile) is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for technology.
