<ins>Responsibilities</ins>
<ul>
<li>Write clean, secure, test-driven, easily maintained, and modular codes.</li>
<li>Design and maintain databases.</li>
<li>Build reusable codes and libraries for future use.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and debug applications.</li>
<li>Perform UI/backend tests to optimise performance.</li>
<li>Adhere closely to development plans and anticipate changes to specifications or schedules as they become necessary during development.</li>
<li>Work with project managers when gathering requirements, presenting work etc. including being able to take complex technical terms and break them down into layman's terms.</li>
<li>Mentor and train junior members of the team (Applicable to Senior only).</li>
</ul>
