Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team! As an intern, you will work closely with the sales and marketing departments to assist with the development, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns, sales strategies, and other initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in the beauty & FMCG industry and contribute to the growth of exciting international and local brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Conduct research on beauty trends, consumer preferences, and market trends. Gather data to help improve our marketing strategies and product positioning.
• Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media content, influencer collaborations, and email marketing campaigns.
• Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), and other marketing materials like product brochures and flyers.
• Customer Engagement: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media, help maintain a positive online presence, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Event Coordination: Help organize and execute promotional events, product launches, and influencer partnerships. Provide support with logistics, materials, and event promotion.
• Customer Relationship Management: Assist in maintaining strong relationships with Internation brand owners, key retail partners, wholesalers, and suppliers. Act as the primary contact point for any distribution-related issues.
• Stock Management: Assist in warehouse to ensure optimal inventory levels with distributors and retailers to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Advertising or related field.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

Familiarity with social media platforms.

Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel)

Able to do at least 3 months internship (working fully from the office on Monday - Friday).
