<li>Maintain a high standard of customer service while promoting company products and effectively managing a team</li>
<li>Manage staff schedules, leave, disciplinary matters, weekly and monthly reports, sales reports, and other operational tasks as directed by management</li>
<li>Inspire and train staff on company policies, standard operating procedures, customer service, and sales techniques</li>
<li>Develop and implement strategies for achieving sales goals</li>
<li>Assess job performance metrics for both individuals and teams</li>
<li>Offer technical support and guidance to staff</li>
<li>Ensure visual merchandising and store appearance meet operational standards</li>
