Job Description / Responsibility

• Oversee daily operations of the store
• Maintain a high standard of customer service while promoting company products and effectively managing a team
• Manage staff schedules, leave, disciplinary matters, weekly and monthly reports, sales reports, and other operational tasks as directed by management
• Inspire and train staff on company policies, standard operating procedures, customer service, and sales techniques
• Develop and implement strategies for achieving sales goals
• Assess job performance metrics for both individuals and teams
• Offer technical support and guidance to staff
• Ensure visual merchandising and store appearance meet operational standards

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of fashion retailing with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Specializing in customer service with strong communication and presentation skills.
• A solid ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of responsibility and strong organizational skills is required, along with the ability to recognize and react to changing work demands.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and managerial skills
• Positive attitude, Confident, dynamic, proactive, sales-oriented, and motivated with a committed work attitude
• Computer literate
• Able to speak and write in English & BM
• Commit to work on retail shifts, weekend & public holiday
