Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to support our Director in both strategic business development and administrative management. The successful candidate will play a dual role — driving key initiatives that support company growth while ensuring smooth daily operations for the Director’s office.

Key Responsibilities :

Executive Support :

  • Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting materials; take minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Draft, proofread, and manage confidential documents while maintaining an organized filing system for easy information retrieval. 
  • Handle all sensitive and confidential matters with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
     

Business Development Support :

  • Assist in conduct market research, site visit and preliminary feasibility studies to identify potential investment areas or funding opportunities. 
  • Liaise with valuers, agents, consultants and local authorities where required. 
  • Assist in preparing business plans, proposals, and presentations for new projects.
  • Participate in client presentations and networking events to build brand visibility.
  • Assist in preparing reports for management or board review.
     

Project & Event Coordination :

  • Support the Director in managing corporate projects by coordinating tasks, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely execution. 
  • Support the planning and organization of both internal and external events, such as conferences, board meetings, and corporate events. 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 year of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant, Business Development Executive, or similar role.
  • Experience in Property Development industry is an added advantage. 
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a proactive attitude.
  • Professional, reliable, and capable of handling confidential matters with discretion.
