We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to support our Director in both strategic business development and administrative management. The successful candidate will play a dual role — driving key initiatives that support company growth while ensuring smooth daily operations for the Director’s office.
Key Responsibilities : 
Executive Support : 
<ul>
<li>Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.</li>
<li>Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting materials; take minutes and follow up on action items.</li>
<li>Draft, proofread, and manage confidential documents while maintaining an organized filing system for easy information retrieval.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Handle all sensitive and confidential matters with the highest level of discretion and professionalism. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Business Development Support : 
<ul>
<li>Assist in conduct market research, site visit and preliminary feasibility studies to identify potential investment areas or funding opportunities.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Liaise with valuers, agents, consultants and local authorities where required.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in preparing business plans, proposals, and presentations for new projects.</li>
<li>Participate in client presentations and networking events to build brand visibility.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing reports for management or board review. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Project &amp; Event Coordination : 
<ul>
<li>Support the Director in managing corporate projects by coordinating tasks, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely execution.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support the planning and organization of both internal and external events, such as conferences, board meetings, and corporate events.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
